Our Semi-Private training programs are designed much like our one-on-one training programs but with 2, 3 or 4 people in the session. This allows for a more affordable PT experience with the added accountability and motivation of team members.

This class is for those ready for a change. Team Athletica is result focused, small group personal training. The sessions focus on traditional lifts with a modified strongman component and are aimed at getting you maximum results in a short time.

Our online personal training program is available to those of you who are unable to meet with us face-to-face at Fitness First, Bond St. but would still like the expert knowledge and guidance of our coaches.
To ensure you keep on track, our online option includes weekly skype check-ins, diet diary reviews and video analysis of your lifts. We also provide you with a regularly updated periodised training program, alongside a bespoke nutrition and lifestyle program, compiled by our in house CISSN Nutritionist Rhys Brooks.
