As a former professional Rugby League star, Luke has over 15 years experience in Health, Fitness and Athletic Development. He has played rugby at the highest level, representing both NSW and Australia in Rugby League. Luke has played in 188 first grade games through the Balmain Tigers, Wests Tigers, North Queensland Cowboys and Sydney Roosters. He won an NRL premiership with the Roosters in 2013.
Luke possesses a true love for all things Health and Fitness and is still as passionate about keeping in shape as he was while playing in the NRL. He takes great pride in being the best version of himself and thrives on helping others dig deep to improve their health and fitness and bring out their best.
Having worked as a member of the Strength and Conditioning team at Manly Sea Eagles and undertaking further courses from some of Australia’s most successful personal training institutions such as The Boutagy Institute, Luke is poised to be an outstanding personal trainer.
As a Senior Coach at Brooks Performance, Luke now has his sights set on transferring his vast experience in professional sports to general population and getting the everyday man training like an athlete.
