Personal trainer Van has worked in health, fitness, sports development and coaching for over 10 years. With an educational background in human movement and health, as well as sports coaching and elite athlete training, Van has worked across a wide range of platforms in not only the health and fitness industry, but also the sport and education sector.
Having worked with clients ranging from elite athletes to weekend warriors and everything in between, he is able to draw upon his wide range of experience to help his clients achieve the best possible outcome. Van is a firm believer in the concept of holistic heath and likes to help his clients achieve not only their health and fitness goals, but also improvements in general well being.
Van has delivered hundreds of group fitness classes, including bootcamps, kettle bell sessions, and spin classes. He has worked as a personal trainer with Norths Fitness and has also operated his own PT business for many years in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. Van currently volunteers with North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club and can often be found training on the sand or in the sea at Bondi Beach.
As a Senior Trainer with Brooks Performance, Van works out of Bond St Fitness First and enjoys helping clients get the most out of their sessions and improving their quality of life.
