Giuseppe was already seeing a trainer when he approached us to work with him. After evaluating his current training and nutrition plan it was easy to see where things were going wrong – very little volume, poor exercise selection, low calorie expenditure and a diet way too high in calories. 10 weeks late Giuseppe could not have been happier. He had dropped an impressive amount of body fat and even gain some muscle. This is a prime example of bad vs good personal training.
