How long are the sessions?

Training sessions run around 60-75 minutes, 3-4 times per week. That's the optimal setup - but we know life happens. The program includes time-pressed modifications so you can adjust when needed and still make progress.

The Foundation Course (Week 1) requires about 4-5 hours total — roughly 30-45 minutes per day of learning and setup. No gym time required in Week 1.

Coaching calls are 60 minutes twice per week (optional but recommended). All recorded.

How long will I have access to the course?

You have access for as long as you remain a member.

If you start with the 21-Day Rig Reboot ($21), you get full access for 21 days. If you continue to the full program, your access continues.

Base members ($87/week) retain access as long as they're subscribed. Pro and Elite members get the same, plus their dedicated coaching.

If you cancel, you lose access to the apps and community — but you keep everything you've learned and downloaded.

Do I need to give up drinking and eating out?

No. Our nutrition system includes alcohol strategies and eating out guides. You calculate your macros, and we teach you how to fit social life into your targets. You can still have beers with mates, go out for dinner, and enjoy life. This is sustainable — not a monk diet that falls apart after 8 weeks.
