The Brooks Performance Training Principles

All our programming is periodised and focuses on progressive overload. Every 3 weeks you will receive a new periodised program straight to your training app. Each new program builds on from the last in terms of intensity and complexity, ensuring you continually make gains, never get bored and avoid plateaus.

The Brooks Performance Nutrition Principles

We take a flexible approach to nutrition and believe there are no foods that MUST or MUSTN’T be eaten. Instead we give our clients the flexibility to select foods at their own discretion and preference, while remaining accountable to their nutrition goals. This creates enjoyment and sustainability, which in turn improves long term adherence and results.

As a fat kid, turned fitness freak & body transformation coach, I, Rhys Brooks, have poured my life & soul into getting my clients into the best shape of their lives.

I’ve worked out of busy commercial gyms my entire career and am amazed by the lack of results achieved by most. It’s actually sad seeing so many people spinning their wheels at the gym.

And as someone who has gone through a radical transformation myself, I know how great it is on the other side and I want more people to experience this.

And so, I am on a personal mission to bring real results to the world and with that idea in mind, I developed The Average to Savage coaching method.

This method focuses on building each client from the ground up. First building a foundation of knowledge through education and then focusing on training, nutrition and lifestyle protocols that deliver not great, but exceptional results.
