Through our online app, education portal, coaching calls, weekly checkins and video feedback we have created a program that has been designed to not let you fail. WHAT IS IT?

Average To Savage is a 7-module online learning course with implementation tasks, weekly live Q&A calls, checkins and an online brotherhood of strong like minded men. The program builds you from the ground up and teaches you how to take your body from Average To Savage the right way

WHO IS IT FOR?

Average To Savage is for any man who wants transform their body and learn the life long skills that will help them stay in shape for the rest of their life. This method works for any man of any age, regardless of their knowledge or previous experience. A minimum of 4hrs work is required for optimal results.

WHERE DOES IT HAPPEN?

Average To Savage is hosted via our online course delivery apps and consists of online learning videos, PDF downloads, data tracking sheets, Q&A calls, the training app and our Discord community group where members can interact, upload training videos for critique, re-watch Q&A videos and have any question answered.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You work through the modules and watch the videos, use the toolkit and complete the implementation tasks. Follow the training program as laid out in our training app & record you data. Ask questions in the Discord group or upload videos for technique review. Watch the live 2 x weekly Q&A calls + relevant topic.

WHEN DOES IT START?

Average To Savage is online, it starts the moment you sign up. You have a total of 14 weeks – 2 weeks to complete the learning component of the program and 12 weeks to undertake the training component of the program. You will get 1 years access to the program and the quality information contained in the course.

WHY DOES IT EXIST?

I created the Average To Savage program because there was nothing that fully educated guys on how to perform a successful body transformation. Im a big believer in doing things the right way and wanted to help as many guys as possible achieve their dream body without going through all the pitfalls I had too.

UNIQUE COURSE STRUCTURE

Our online coaching model is very unique in the way that it is structured. A way that you can compare to car racing, where the first phase is focused around BUILDING THE CAR and the second phase is actually ENTERING THE RACE.

PHASE 1: THE FOUNDATION COURSE

The first ‘building the car’ phase is where we educate you and get you ready for your 12 week program. During this phase you will go through our Foundation Course. We have developed this 2 week course to lay a solid foundation and educate you on all topics relevant to obtaining next-level results, so that when you ‘ENTER THE RACE’ and start your 12 week program, you know exactly what you are doing, why you are doing it and how to do it.

PHASE 2: 12 WEEK PROGRAM

The ENTERING THE RACE phase is your specific 12 week program.

The program you choose will depend on your training experience. If you are new to training or have not been training for more than 6 months, choose ‘The Prep Phase’ Program. If you are an intermediate or more advanced trainee, choose The ‘Performance Phase’ Program.

Each 12 week program includes 4 x 3 week training programs delivered straight to your Brooks Performance training app. It also involves implementing the Nutrition protocols, Lifestyle habits and Mindset strategies you learnt in the Foundation Course.

And most importantly it includes Coaching and Accountability through coaching calls, weekly check-ins, technique reviews and Discord channels.

Our online product is not a static training and nutrition program that you download and then are left to your own devices. On the contrary, it is a dynamic coaching experience, where you and other like-minded individuals will be coached and held accountable every step of the way.
