We thoroughly enjoyed working with client Phil Gibbs getting him prepared for his modelling shoot with MGM models New York. We use a combination of body composition focused training and nutrition principles over a 20 week period to get him in amazing shape for his photoshoot.  We are extra proud of this result as Phill landed the modelling contract and moved to New York.
